Children's Dentistry

What happens when your child's first tooth erupts? While this is another exciting step in a child's growing process, and their teeth will come in and out in the coming years, how should you handle their visits to the dentist and overall oral hygiene?

At Plaza Dental Care, we understand how important these early years can be and do our best to provide quality paediatric dentistry services to help give young teeth a bright future.

We advise our patients to bring in their children when their primary teeth start coming in (generally sometime around age two). This way, we can introduce children to the atmosphere in a dental practice and help them get acquainted with what it means to visit the dentist and have happy healthy clean teeth!

Our Approach

We want to ensure a healthy process for children treated at our practice, and that generally begins with preventative measures and monitoring. We provide:

  • Monitoring for tooth decay on baby teeth (we'd like to ensure these do not fall out prematurely.)
  • Fluoride treatments for early cavity prevention and protection of the outer layers of teeth.
  • Dental sealants to prevent the formation of bacteria

We Welcome Your Call

Getting established early with routine dental appointments can set up your child for success in the coming years. We warmly invite you to set up an appointment for your child to invest in their oral health.
